Caerdydd
Croeso i dudalennau gwe Caerdydd.
Rwyf wedi bod yn Swyddog Chwaraeon Anabledd Cymru ar gyfer Caerdydd ers dros 5 mlynedd ac wedi ymwneud â chwaraeon anabledd am fwy o amser nag y gallaf gofio.
Fel defnyddiwr cadair olwyn fy hun, mae gennyf gefndir cryf mewn chwaraeon anabledd, fel cyfranogwr, hyfforddwr, rheolwr ac aelod o bwyllgor. Rwy’n cymryd rhan mewn badminton, pêl fasged a hoci sled yn rheolaidd a hefyd yn ceisio cynnwys dipyn bach o saethu gyda reiffl pan fo’r amser yn caniatáu.
Rwyf wedi defnyddio llawer o’m profiadau personol mewn chwaraeon anabledd i’m helpu i ddarparu cyfleoedd chwaraeon o’r safon uchaf yn lleol ar gyfer oedolion a phlant gydag anableddau dysgu, synhwyraidd a chorfforol.
Cynigir amrywiaeth eang o chwaraeon a gweithgareddau drwy gydol y dydd a’r gyda’r nos, felly gall y rhan fwyaf o bobl gael hyd i weithgaredd hamdden sy’n addas iddynt. Pa un ai ydych yn chwilio am ffordd o fyw iach, eisiau cymdeithasu a gwneud ffrindiau newydd, cadw’n heini neu am gymryd rhan yng Ngemau Paralympaidd, Byddarlympaidd neu’r Gemau Olympaidd Arbennig yn y dyfodol, mae rhywbeth ar gael yng Nghaerdydd i chi.
Os hoffech wybodaeth bellach am chwaraeon anabledd yng Nghaerdydd, codwch y ffôn neu anfonwch e-bost ataf. Hefyd, gellir ychwanegu eich enw at fy rhestr bostio er mwyn sicrhau mai chi yw un o’r rhai cyntaf i glywed am yr holl ddatblygiadau chwaraeon lleol diweddaraf.
Os am fod yn gyfranogwr, hyfforddwr, gwirfoddolwr neu noddwr, rwy’n edrych ymlaen at glywed gennych.
